Westview Elementary School Reviews

The key to success of any organization is the people~ and I can honestly say that the administration, teachers and staff at WVE are above reproach. They are exemplary in their professionalism as well as their humanism and care-giving. The students are challenged acadmically and guided personally. The consistent communication with parents is so important and appreciated! Thank you, WVE!

Westview Elementary is an incredible place to spend my day. I can't even call it work because the kids and my co-workers are so great. Sure, this year will be tough with renovation going on, but the thing I love about WVE is we will pull together and do a great job because that is how we are. Our school is clean, our students are well behaved, and our faculty are amazing teachers of texts as well as life lessons. I am sorry the one parent had a bad day and wrote a poor review. I know you won't find a better place in South Carolina for your child to experience the 4th and 5th grades.

This school has been wonderful to my family. They have continually challenged my children academically, while maintaining an atmosphere of acceptance and where appropriate discipline is taken. I am proud to be associated with Westview Elementary.

I loved teaching at this school! The administration was supportive, teachers were hard working, and the students had great personalities!

Westview is lacking in the idea of what a good school should be: an institution that promotes learning, encourages children to challenge themselves, and administers appropriate discipline. There are good teachers there, but not enough to make it worthwhile. Overall, this is not a safe environment nor is it one that models grade-appropriate learning. If I had a dollar for every grammatical, mathematical, or spelling error I found on worksheets that were sent home...

I think this is a great school! I go to this school and it is cool! My mom likes it to.

I'm not a parent but I did go to this school from 5th grade to 8th grade and I am now 20 as of october of 2004. I loved going to school here but then again I was in constant trouble and I can honestly say that children with behavoral problems like I did lol are sol at this school and probely the rest of the Berkly county school district. Despite this I still remeber more good memories than bad.

This School has no disipline what so ever. Kids are very very mean. The teachers just dont care what the kids are doing. One day my mom called the school because there wasnt a teacher on duty in the morning.
